Dr. Katie Ervay is a former Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association queen, and current veterinarian from Oklahoma. Dr. Katie's accomplishments in life doesn't stop there. Her life story is one of the most fascinating stories that I've had the opportunity to know. As a mom of three boys, she's always on the move across the country. Whether it's riding horses with her boys, or taking them to a ball game. When Dr. Katie's not chasing her three boys around the country, you may find her caring for some of the largest or smallest animals from a variety of different species.
